Our limited run, farmhouse style maple syrups in a variety shades and specialty infusions.

    An 8 oz. or 4oz. Boston bottle of our Farmhouse Style Maple Syrup. At Oak & Ash, we tap all of our maple trees; red, sugar etc. This creates a unique style of maple syrup, with a thinner texture, but incredible flavor. We tap a small number of trees, and hand carry our buckets of sap, boiling in our outdoor, open air pavilion over wood fire, which often lends a slight smoky flavor to the syrup. The color of the syrup depends on several seasonal factors, and the flavor varies with each grade. The lighter the color, the lighter the flavor, the darker the syrup, generally the thicker and more maple flavored the syrup. Enjoy over pancakes, in cocktails or our favorite, in your coffee!
  • A 4 oz. bottle of our farmhouse style maple syrup, infused with wild harvested chaga.

    What is chaga? Chaga is a fungus (mushroom)that grows on the side of birch trees. It is said to have multiple health benefits, but it also tastes delicious! It has a slight nutty/vanilla taste that we find pairs well with maple. We steep large pieces of wild harvested chaga with our syrup before it is finished. The chaga brews very dark, almost like coffee, so because of this we are unable to grade the syrup by color beforehand.
