Handmade Sourdough Boule with local sprouted grains. Each loaf is made from scratch, hand formed, and allowed to age slightly to create the perfect, well balanced boule. We use a blend of sprouted grains from Ground Up Grain for ease of digestion and superior taste. Each loaf contains 25% sprouted danko rye and 75% sprouted bread flour, a blend of winter and spring hard red wheats.
