The Sourdough Kitchen at Oak & Ash Farm is the culmination of years of practice. Baker Lindsey Baird has honed her skills in the kitchen to turn out the same nourishing foods she feeds her family, to now feed the people of Belchertown. Using local ingredient from the farm and beyond combined with flours exclusively from Ground Up Grain.
